Please check your emails for your Quarterly Rent Statement sent today (Thursday 19 January). Check your spam/junk folder just in case. When you receive the email click the secure link to take you to View My Doc and then enter your 5-digit tenancy reference to access your statement. If you opted out you will receive your printed statement shortly. If you have any queries on this please email help@goldinghomes.org.uk

 

From January 2023, Quarterly Rent Statements will be sent to our customers by email.

As we move to be a greener and more sustainable business, we’ll no longer send printed statements in the post.

You’ll receive a secure link and you’ll need to enter your five-digit Tenancy ID to open your statement. Once set up, you can view your documents on any device, including a mobile phone or tablet.

A leaflet with all the information you need to know has been sent out with October’s rent statement.
