Speak to Steph

Our Chief Executive, Steph Goad, is looking forward to her next customer phone in session on Wednesday 9 August.

If you’d like to speak to Steph, all you need to do is call the dedicated freephone line, 0800 170 7766. This session will be running from 2pm to 8pm to allow more customers to contact us in the evening.

So that Steph can speak to as many customers as possible, calls will be limited to 10 minutes. If you can’t get through, do please keep trying as we’re unable to make call backs.

These sessions are your chance to share your valuable thoughts on our services and how we can work together to do better. Please remember, if you’ve got a complaint to make you should do this via our complaints process.
