Please see our statement regarding our contractor Rydon and our Phase 3 Wallis Fields scheme.

We can confirm we are working with Rydon as our contractor on Phase 3 of the Wallis Fields Scheme in Park Wood.  Rydon are a very experienced contractor and are performing well. We have no reason to suspend the contract, nor grounds for doing so.  This is the only contract that we currently have with Rydon.

There is no external cladding to any of our tower blocks of the kind used at Grenfell Tower, and can confirm that this cladding has not been used in any of our new developments.

The cause of the fire at Grenfell Tower is not yet known and is currently being investigated.  We will review our current safety arrangements in the light of any recommendations made to ensure they continue to meet the highest possible standards.
