Talking tall buildings
We’re talking to customers this month who live in our tall buildings.
This means all our residential and mixed-use blocks over 5 storeys high. We’re talking to you about how we can work together to keep you updated on how we’re keeping you and your family safe in your home.
This is part of our ongoing work to keep you safe and part of new building safety legislation in response to the Grenfell fire. It’s also an opportunity to make sure you fully understand the safety of your building and know how to evacuate during an emergency .
Every customer over the age of 16 will receive a booklet with more information and will also be sent an online survey, asking your thoughts and ideas about the information we’ll provide and share. We’ll also be asking you to update us on key information about your household, this is so we can make sure anyone with vulnerabilities fully understands how to stay safe and what to do in an emergency.
Our building safety and tenancy team will also be out from 21 October, visiting all our tall buildings and talking to as many customers as possible.
If you miss them you can still complete the survey here or via the link sent to you.
