Tenants Conference 2016

We will be holding our 2016 Tenant’s Conference Event on Saturday 25 June at our head office, Whatman House, St Leonards Road, Allington. The day will start around 9.30 – 10am and will finish at 2.30pm approx. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Our annual conference event is well supported by residents who regularly work with us to review performance and support us to make improvements in service delivery throughout the year.
This year we would encourage you to get involved and come along. It doesn’t matter if you have never been to one of our meetings or events before; we would love to see you there and would welcome your input.
At this year’s event we will be considering the effect of the challenges we are experiencing from changes in legislation and funding by the Government and what this means for customers and the services we can deliver. We will be sharing priorities for the future and updating you on our move to digital services, e.g. contacting us online or via your mobile phone. We will also be reviewing the work we do to support the communities where you live.
