We are carrying out stock condition surveys
We are currently carrying out a programme of Stock Condition Surveys to approximately 1,400 of our homes, which help us to assess your home and plan future refurbishment and improvement works of our homes. We want to ensure your home remains safe, warm, and dry, and conducting these surveys helps us to do this.
We have employed RAND Associates to carry out the surveys for us and have sent letters to those customers whose homes we wish to survey. If you have been contacted by us we would be extremely grateful if you could allow the surveyor access to your home; the actual survey won’t take any longer than 30 mins.
All RAND Associate surveyors will be wearing appropriate PPE and have been briefed on the right steps to take when entering resident’s homes or working in communal areas. They will all carry identification and a letter of authority from Golding Homes, so you know who they are.
