Golding Homes, the Maidstone based housing association has announced that its new charity partner is Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance for the next two years.

Colleagues at Golding Homes, who voted for the charity, have pledged to raise money for KSS Air Ambulance and already planned a programme of fundraising activities, events and challenges for next year.

Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance is a life-saving charity providing a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) to those living, working and travelling in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Golding Homes’ chief executive, Peter Stringer said: “We’re delighted to be supporting this fantastic local charity that provides vital life saving support to the local community and is close to many people’s hearts.  We are looking forward to working in partnership in KSSAA to raise money to help them continue to provide this essential service.”

Julie Clare, Head of Corporate Relations at KSSAA said: “We are thrilled to have been selected as the chosen charity by Golding Homes and we are looking forward to our new charity partnership and what it may bring.”

A representative from KSS Air Ambulance visited Golding Homes head office today to spread the word about its life saving work and talk to staff about how they can fundraise for the charity.
