We maintain Customer Service Excellence Standard

Our commitment to customer service and innovation in delivering services to our customers has been recognised after we have been awarded the prestigious Customer Service Excellence award for a further 12 months.
Last week we welcomed a CSE Assessor to our offices, who carried out annual assessments, meeting with staff, residents and partners. The assessment involved a review of our strategies, performance reporting and customer satisfaction responses. Staff were able to give their views on how valued they feel, the training they have accessed and how they are able to contribute to improving customer services. Customers from our Customer Sounding Board and partners including Wellbeing People, Fusion, Kent Sport and Garden Organic also met with the CSE Assessor to share their views on how they work with us in order make a difference to our customers and communities.
The CSE Assessor, Hugh Keachie, said "Golding Homes is a high achiever of Customer Service Excellence and always delivers high standards. I was particularly impressed with the level of your partnership working and the innovative work that is being delivered to benefit customers." He was extremely satisfied with the outcomes, confrming that we continue to meet all criteria and will retain the Customer Service Excellence Standard for a further 12 month.
