Your opinion matters

Our customers and their safety are our top priority. We are committed to delivering safe homes, excellent customer service and providing support to those that need it. It’s important that our customers know what they can expect from us and can check that we’re doing what we say we will.

So, we have reviewed our Customer Service Standards and want your opinion on them. Plus, if you complete the survey by Monday 20 July 2020 you can be entered into a prize draw to win a £30 Love to Shop voucher.

We’re also holding online focus groups, using Zoom, at 2pm and 6pm on Wednesday 22 July. This is an opportunity for you to give us some more detailed feedback, so you can let us know what you like and what you think is missing, and we will send everyone that takes part in these sessions a £20 voucher as a thank you for your time.
