Onboarding Team
Our Onboarding team is responsible for the letting of properties and welcoming new and transferring customers into their new homes.
From the point of receiving notification that a property is due to become vacant, they’ll be involved in the voids process through to signing up a new customer. The team work with the local council to advertise homes, reviewing shortlists of applicants and make sure every home and letting is suitable for the customer this includes making sure the home is affordable. The team are there to help answer any customer questions about their new home and tenancy; and help to make sure our customers have everything they need to start their tenancy with confidence. The team also manage other changes of tenancy or moving home where customers are eligible for Management Transfers, Mutual Exchanges, Successions and Decants.
