Nicholas Miles - Assistant Director of Transformation

Nicholas joined Golding Homes in January 2025 as Assistant Director of Transformation, bringing over 15 years of experience in transformational change, digital innovation and business improvement.
Before joining Golding, he held senior roles at WTW, Shell, bp and GSK, leading major digital transformation initiatives and large-scale change programmes. Passionate about customer-centric service design and continuous improvement, he holds APMG Business Change accreditation.
At Golding Homes, Nicholas leads the Transformation function, overseeing strategic projects to enhance services for customers and colleagues. He works closely with the Executive Director of Business Change and the Senior Leadership Group to drive our vision of becoming a more agile, customer-focused organisation, ensuring change is effectively delivered and embedded across the business.
