What is the current position?
Since the regulatory notice and grading change in 2020 we’ve been working closely with the Regulator on an improvement plan to ensure all of our homes are safe and secure.
Golding Homes had a thorough inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing in December /January 2022 and this has resulted in a return to our top governance grading of G1, meaning the regulator is fully satisfied with our approach.
