Issue 10: November 2024 You'll see from the outside of the hoarding that work is finally coming out of the ground. Columns are complete on one block with progress on slab formation. Foundations and drainage are complete with sub-brickwork set to commence within the next few weeks.
Issue 9: May 2024 There's been lots going on onsite. We're delighted to introduce Skillcrown, who've signed the contract for Phase 1.
Issue 8: November 2023 Customers from Phase 1 of the regeneration have been moving out of their homes and five out of six blocks have now been secured.
Issue 7: March 2023 Over the last few months our Regeneration team's been meeting with customers in Phase 1 to discuss the next steps of the project and the support we’ll provide.
Issue 6: November 2022 We're delighted that Maidstone Borough Council has now approved our regeneration plans for Shepway.
Issue 5: May 2022 Following the submission of our planning application in February, which detailed our plans to regenerate Cambridge Crescent and Northumberland Court, we've now been told that Maidstone Borough Council will consider our application at the planning committee at the end of June rather than May as previously expected.
Issue 4: February 2022 We're pleased to advise that we have now submitted planning permission to Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) for our plans to regenerate Cambridge Crescent and Northumberland Court.
Issue 3: October 2021 Following the community engagement in May, we are now finalising the design plans and will be submitting these to Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) by the end of the year.
