Surveys

We aim to ensure your voice is at the heart of all we do at Golding Homes, and we continually aim to improve the services we provide.  

We carry out our surveys using a digital system called CX Feedback, to find out what you think of our services and make improvements in a fair way.   

You'll receive a survey request via email or text following a recent interaction you had with us. This could be a repair that has been completed, contact with our customer services team, following a recent house move or after receiving support from our specific service teams. This means we can clearly see how we dealt with your issue and gives us the opportunity to put things right if they went wrong.  

Taking part in our surveys is optional and therefore you can opt out of them at any time. Please just email engage@goldinghomes.org.uk and let us know if you don’t want to take part and we’ll make sure you don't receive them in future.
