Church Farm, Paddock Wood
We're purchasing 155 new homes at Church Farm, Paddock Wood, from Countryside Properties Ltd, 73 will be for affordable rent and 82 will be for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership. These properties are due to complete in phases until early 2025.
