Oakapple Lane, Barming (phase two)
We're purchasing 54 new homes on phase 2 of the development at Oakapple Lane, Barming, from Taylor Wimpey; 38 will be for affordable rent and 16 will be for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership. These properties are due to complete in phases in 2025 and early 2026. These are in addition to the 32 homes on phase 1 which completed in 2022.
The development comprises:
- 6 x 1 bed flats (affordable rent)
- 18 x 2 bed flats (affordable rent)
- 11 x 2 bed houses (3 affordable rent, 8 shared ownership)
- 16 x 3 bed houses (10 affordable rent, 6 shared ownership)
- 3 x 4 bed houses (1 affordable rent, 2 shared ownership)
