Oxenden Park, Herne Bay
We're purchasing 72 new homes on the Oxenden Park development in Herne Bay from Bellway Homes; 51 will be for affordable rent and 21 will be available for sale with Golding Places under Shared Ownership. These homes are due to complete in phases from Spring 2025 to Spring 2027.
The 72 homes due to complete comprise:
- 14 x 1 bed flats (Affordable Rent)
- 14 x 2 bed flats (Affordable Rent)
- 21 x 2 bed houses (3 Affordable Rent, 18 Shared Ownership)
- 19 x 3 bed houses (16 Affordable Rent, 3 Shared Ownership)
- 4 x 4 bed houses (Affordable Rent)
