Fly Tipping
Fly tipping is illegal and if you get caught, you could face a fine up to £50,000 and a prison sentence of 12 months. We take reports of fly tipping seriously and work closely with our partners to take action against those responsible.
If the fly tipping is on Golding Homes land, please report it to us and we’ll aim to clear it within 3 working days. If you know who's responsible, please share this information with us, along with any evidence such as registration plates or photographs so that we can take enforcement action. You can report or provide information using the contact details at the end of this page.
Graffiti
We’ll remove offensive racial and hate graffiti within two working days, and other graffiti within five working days. Graffiti does not include chalk drawings by children on pavements/paths. If the graffiti is referring to you, your family, or a member of the community, please read our Hate Crime page.
If the graffiti is on Golding Homes land, please report it to us (with a photo if possible). You can report this to us using the contact information at the end of this page.
