MyGolding offers a secure way to book a repair at a time and place that suits you. Registration is easy, just follow the link and have your tenancy number and a valid email address to hand. You can find your tenancy number at the top of your rent statement.

Repairs update - January 2024

Our repairs team are working really hard in response to the challenges of the recent weather conditions. We’re currently experiencing higher than usual sickness levels within our repairs team which means we're having to cancel some appointments. We know this is very frustrating for customers, especially if you’ve been waiting for some time already. We’re bringing in some extra resources over the next few weeks to help us catch up on the jobs we’ve had to postpone.
