MyGolding offers a secure way to book a repair at a time and place that suits you. Registration is easy, just follow the link and have your tenancy number and a valid email address to hand. You can find your tenancy number at the top of your rent statement.

Repairs update - October 23

We’re pleased to say that over the last three months we’ve reduced our backlog of repairs jobs. There’s still a way to go to get where we want to be and with Winter nearly here, we know they’ll be an increase in repairs calls, so we’ll continue to work hard to move us in the right direction. 

We’re sorry that some of you are experiencing longer waiting times than normal for your repairs to be carried out and would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and co-operation.  

What are we doing about cutting down waiting times and catching up on the backlog?   

  • We’re prioritising older jobs and will do the same for emergency heating and hot water jobs as we move into Winter  

  • We’re building on our resources and filing vacant roles 

  • We’re improving the skills and knowledge of our customer service team, to help fully understand your repair issue when you get in touch 

  • We’re using specialist contractors to complete some jobs on our behalf  

  • We’re continuing to improve our processes and systems to make sure we get to as many repair jobs a day as possible  

  • We’re changing how we run our diaries for emergency jobs 

  • We’ll always try to contact you if something goes wrong, and we can’t make your agreed appointment   

  • Sometimes we might have to rebook your appointment on the day because of an emergency or staff sickness. We know this can be very frustrating and we try to avoid this happening where possible. We’ll call you as soon as we can if this happens to rebook your appointment.    

What we need from you  

  • We might need to ask you a few more questions than normal when you report a repair so we can fully understand the issue and what we need to do to complete the repair. Please help us with answering these questions.  

  • If you have an appointment, please make sure you’re in so we can access your home and carry out the job. If you need to reschedule, please call us as soon as you can on 0300 777 2600 and we’ll book another appointment with you
