Ultrafast broadband

We’ve been looking at how we can offer customers living in flats and OPAL schemes more of a choice when thinking of broadband services.

Working with national service provider Netomnia, we’ve agreed the installation of Youfibre ultra-fast broadband at 47 of our blocks in and around Maidstone. This allows customers reliable access to broadband speeds of up to 8000 Mbps. 

Once cables are installed in the common areas, they’re ready to be run into the homes of customers who'd like to connect and sign up to the service. To find out more, visit their website, call 0800 2700 100 or email sales@youfibre.com.

What will happen?

If live in one of the 47 blocks, Netomnia will write to you letting you know about the installation works. 

We don't expect the installation works to cause any disturbance to customers as the cable is run only to communal areas.

What happens next?

After the network's been installed, you'll be contacted by YouFibre with information about how to subscribe, if you choose to. A range of affordable service options are available to meet your needs.

What if I don't live in a block?

For individual houses, you can contact a broadband service provider of your choice, to make arrangements to connect up to their services. You don't need our permission to do this.
