Pest Control issues caused by communal issue | Pest control FAQs

Where a customer believes that pest control issues within their property are caused by a communal issue,  it’s the customer’s responsibility to get a report from their pest control provider and send this to Golding. We’ll use this information to decide what action (if any) is needed and will contact you to discuss our decision.   

If the neighbouring property is privately owned, you should contact your local council to report the matter and send them your report.
