Our Employment Advisors can help you with training, CVs, job searching, job applications interview preparation and help with funding to remove any barriers to work .   

If you ’ re seeking employment or training; or if you're looking to change your job, we can help. We can help you overcome many challenges including, lack of work experience, suitable qualifications or confidence in applying for work, to redundancy or loss of work. Go to our Workwise pages, call the team or contact workwise@goldinghomes.org.uk .  

We also offer a personal development grant to help people address any financial barriers to employment. You can apply for a discretionary grant of up to £200 if you’re on benefits. The grant is quick and easy to  apply for on our website.
