Management Fee
We've reviewed our management fees which are the costs you pay for us to manage and quality check your service charges. These are based on the costs we incur.
Our management fees include the following:
- staff costs
- office costs including business rates
- processing of invoices
- budgeting and accounting for service charges,
- inspections of communal areas, and
- periodic health and safety risk assessments.
We've now reviewed our management fees and updated the charges to reflect the level of work involved in providing services.
Our charges for management fees from April 2024 have been calculated in line with the services you receive as outlined below:

£35 or 15% — whichever is the higher |
